Throne Chairs Rules, Delivery, and Pick-up Policy
Delivery Service (fees applies and depends on distance):

We will make every effort to ensure that our throne chairs are delivered and set up in a timely manner, as agreed upon.

We will ensure that the chair(s) are positioned securely and meet your desired aesthetic and functional preferences.

In the unlikely event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the smooth operation of our services, we will strive to resolve the issue promptly or provide suitable alternatives.
Delivery Timing:

The delivery will be scheduled based on your event’s time and specific requirements.

We aim to deliver the throne chair(s) at least 1 hour before the event start time to allow sufficient setup time.
Access to Venue:

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that there is easy and safe access to the venue for our delivery team.

Clear directions, including any specific venue access instructions, should be provided to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Pick-up Arrangements:

Our team will coordinate the pick-up time directly with you or your designated event contact person.

The pick-up will typically be scheduled directly after event.
Chair Handling:

During the rental period, we kindly request that you treat the throne chair(s) with care and prevent any damage, spillage, or misuse.
Client Presence:

It is preferred to have a client or authorized representative present during both the delivery and pick-up to assist with any last-minute instructions or clarifications.
Late Returns:

If you require an extended rental period, please notify us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Late returns without prior agreement will incur additional charges.
THRONE CHAIRS RULES

The client agrees to follow the following procedure listed below. Any dents, scratches or marks will result in a replacement fee of $2,000.00 for the whole throne chair.

The client is responsible for the chair(s) from the time of drop off to the end of the event/pick up.

Chairs will be inspected at both, drop off and pick up, to ensure they are in good condition.

Pictures will be taken in the presence of the primary client.

The client agrees to be at the event location to accept responsibility of the chair(s).

No drop offs will be made unless there is someone at the event location to take responsibility for the chair.

We will not wait more than 15 minutes for the client. After that time, the chair will be returned to our warehouse and the client will forfeit all his/her retainer.

No food or drinks are allowed near the throne chair rentals.
-
Children must be supervised.
-
No climbing, jumping, or playing near the throne chairs.
-
No pens, pencils, or other writing utensils are allowed.
-
No sitting on the arms of the throne chair.
-
No moving the throne chair, if necessary, grab the bottom and backside.

If the throne chair and/or throne couch needs to be moved, two people must carry it.

If any damage occurs, please report it to us immediately.
Please note that our delivery service is subject to availability and potential surcharges may apply for deliveries outside our standard service area.
