Cancellation Policy

Cancelation and Refunds  To cancel, please call (954) 348-8945.  To get a full refund, a cancelation must be done (7) days prior to your scheduled date. If your fail to notify us (7) days prior to your scheduled date, you automatically lose your deposit.  Cancellations 2 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.  Merfig Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.) without liability. In such cases, a full refund or alternative service date will be offered.
