Cancellation Policy
Cancelation and Refunds To cancel, please call (954) 348-8945. To get a full refund, a cancelation must be done (7) days prior to your scheduled date. If your fail to notify us (7) days prior to your scheduled date, you automatically lose your deposit. Cancellations 2 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. Merfig Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.) without liability. In such cases, a full refund or alternative service date will be offered.
