Reservation and Payment:

1. All reservations are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. A non-refundable online deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due 1-2 days prior to the event.

3. Payments can be made directly on our secured website (merfigenterprise.com) or via Zelle (using our # (954) 348-8945.

4. Any outstanding balances must be settled before the event date.

Delivery Service (fees applies and depends on distance):

1. We will make every effort to ensure that all photo booths rental, throne chair rental, and event planning services are delivered and set up in a timely manner, as agreed upon.

2. In the unlikely event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the smooth operation of our services, we will strive to resolve the issue promptly or provide suitable alternatives.

 

Client's Responsibility:

1. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and any specific requirements.

2. The client is responsible for ensuring the availability of appropriate space and power outlets for the setup of our equipment.

3. Any damages to our equipment caused by neglect, misuse, or intentional actions by the client or their guests may result in additional charges.

 

Liability:

1. Merfig Enterprise, LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of our photo booths rental, throne chair rental, and event planning services:

2. The client assumes all responsibility for the safety and conduct of their guests while using our equipment.

 

Photographs and Media:

1. Merfig Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to use photographs and media captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. To cancel, please call (954) 348-8945.

2. To get a full refund, a cancelation must be done (7) days prior to your scheduled date. If your fail to notify us (7) days prior to your scheduled date, you automatically lose your deposit.

3. Cancellations 2 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.

4. Merfig Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.) without liability. In such cases, a full refund or alternative service date will be offered.

 

Changes to Terms:

1. Merfig Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
